Introduction:
The Ministry of Labour is the only federal child labor, which oversees and enforces child labor laws. And the most radical federal law that limits employment opportunities and abuse of child workers is the Law Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Texts of the FLSA child labor to protect the educational opportunities for young people and prohibit their employment in jobs that are detrimental to their health and safety. FLSA restricts the hours that young people under 16 years old can work and lists of hazardous work is very dangerous for young workers performing. We are dealing with the implementation of the child labor provisions of the FLSA by the Administration Wage and Hour.

Management of grants to organizations working in the field of efforts to eliminate child labor and work to raise public awareness and understanding of these issues.
Bureau of Labor Statistics, which serves as a statistical resource for the Ministry of Labour, collects statistics on a variety of issues, including those related to child labor.
